About Anne & Bryan

It is our goal as your full service real estate agents specializing in the Catalina Foothills, Northeast Tucson, Central Tucson, and Tucson Country Club areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. Anne has over 29 years experience as one of Tucson’s and Long Realty Company’s top producing agents. Anne's business partner, Bryan Durkin has been a top producer in Tucson and southern Arizona for over ten years.  We are located at the prestigious Tanque Verde Office of Long Realty which has the highest market share of any Real Estate company in Tucson.  Anne and Bryan are members of the elite 1926 Circle Of Excellence for the eighth consecutive year!  Long Realty’s 1926 Circle of Excellence is composed of Long Realty's Top 26 agents with annual sales volume exceeding $10million and are ranked in the Top 1/2% of all real estate professionals nationally.

                                    CRS - Certified Residential Specialist – the highest professional designation awarded to a Realtor in residential sales.  Only 5% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation.  The CRS designation is awarded to members who have completed specialized education in residential sales and demonstrated proven sales performance.

Professional Experience

We specialize in the upper-end market and are two of the top agents with Long Realty Company.  Besides golf course and gated communities, historic homes and ranch properties, we also specialize in the Tucson Country Club market.  Anne has lived in the neighborhood for over 31 years and is also a long standing member of Tucson Country Club.  Bryan is also a member of Tucson Country Club and currently resides in the Foothills.  See the Tucson Country Club link under Local Resources.

Personal Experience

Anne was born in New York and grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut.  She attended Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA, Smith College in Northhampton, Mass and the University of Arizona where she majored in Archeology and English. Bryan grew up on a cattle ranch in southern Arizona and currently resides in the Foothills area of Tucson and knows the area as well as anyone.  Bryan attended the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business where he majored in Business Marketing.  Bryan is an avid golfer, car enthusiast and loves to travel.
